I have been a very bad blogger of late....I have been cooking (some) but not baking much as we had Christmas goodies to eat up and share with everyone we know, before I got back into my groove. Last week I did make a coconut cream pie - but alas, it did not set up superiorly so therefore I did not take any pics - ha. Right now I have some soup simmering and will post a pic and recipe here for that soon - along with my EZ chocolate chip bars in the oven - search through my blog posts and you will encounter that recipe!
